OF THE PEDIATRICIAN:

  • What are office hours?
    Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
  • Extended Hours?
    No.
  • Nurse on call?
    Staff is available to answer your calls 24hours a day.
  • What to do in an emergency or after hours?
    Call the mainline after hours or dial 911 in an emergency.
  • How does the office handle telephone inquiries?
    The medical assistant will take your message and connect with your doctor who will return your call.
  • Does the doctor accept questions by email?
    Absolutely!
  • Are there separate well-baby and sick baby waiting rooms?
    Not separate, but we try to room children as quickly as possible.
  • What insurance does the practice accept?
    These are the insurance taken at this time: BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Care1st, CMDP, Health Choice, UHC, and UHC Community Plan. Co-pays are accepted at time of visit. No cash, please.
  • Will the practice consider delayed vaccination schedules or non-vaccinating patients?
    The practice follows the CDC guidelines for vaccinations.

  • Does the practice perform circumcisions?
    No, but we can assist with a referral.
  • Can parents schedule an interview with the doctor?
    Yes, and at no cost to the patient! Call 520-333-4320 to schedule.
  • When are Well Child visits?
    We typically see children for well visits at: 3 days old, 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 2 years, and then yearly thereafter.
